Is it free to sign up and browse?

Yes. Creating an account, browsing creators, posting campaigns, sending offers, and signing contracts are all completely free. The platform fee only applies when a payment is made for an active collaboration.

When exactly is the fee charged?

The platform fee is applied only when a collaboration moves to the payment stage - after both parties have signed the agreement. If a campaign is cancelled before payment, there is no charge at all.

What happens if a campaign is cancelled or disputed?

If cancelled before payment, there is no charge. If cancelled after payment but before content delivery, a refund is processed minus any applicable platform fees for services already rendered.
